To address the growing popularity in food to go, at this year`s Holiday Park & Resort Innovation Show, Tugo will be sampling its three brand-new concepts; Streat4ork, Pide and Burrito Cantina`s Cones, Quesadillas and Tacos.
Based on 4ork - our awesome and vibrant street food concept inspired by street kitchens from around the world, Streat4ork our brand-new customisable Mac n Cheese revolution is certainly taking the `streats` by storm. Our totally customisable Mac n Cheese concept gives you the power to make your Mac your way. Simply pick your pasta, combine with our creamy Cheese 4 Mac sauce, and add your toppings. Savoury, smoky or spicy, meaty or veggie - how you build yours is up to you.
Pide, pronounced `pea-day` is inspired by the traditional Turkish Pide and incorporates flavours of the Middle East using modern, innovative recipes. And there`s also Pide Lite for those wanting an `under 600 calories` lighter option. Toppings in the Pide range that will inspire your customers include; dry fried lamb mince with red onion Asian slaw, falafel, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh figs with feta cheese and pomegranate seeds.

Tugo believes the food that it supplies should be the best it can be and at very least, free from GM ingredients, Trans-fats, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. It takes food allergies seriously and challenges the nutritional team within the business to reduce the number of allergens in our food and to consistently the improve the nutritional content of all our recipes by reducing fat and salt (without affecting flavour,) and by increasing protein and vitamin contents.
As a supplier to the foodservice and retail sectors, Tugo is on a `quest` to take positive steps towards sustainability and believes it has a duty to minimise the impact it and its customers have on the environment. This is why we have increased the amount of recyclable materials used in packaging to 85% and we have launched our 100% plastic free pots. Made from 100% sustainable sources, our 4ork Street Food pots are fully biodegradable and compostable and are FSC certified.
