We manufacture Wood Fired Ovens, these are made in Yorkshire; I have 3 companies all interlinked.
DeliVita: our wood fired ovens are starting to grow to a great rate, we have secured John Lewis, some of the best independent retailers; we have distributors scattered around Europe and now Korea & Dubai;
Dough to Go, is now starting to get Brand Accreditation, as we are the only suppliers of Vegan Organic Pizza Dough in the marketplace; We are currently talking to Supermarkets to stock the range.
DeliVita Catering: catering business, again has a great reputation, we have been the Office Exclusive Restaurant for Country File and The Game Fair; our catering vehicles can vary from horse boxes (can cater for 120 pizzas an Hour) to Smart Cars to Bikes; we cook approximately 20,000 pizzas a year; we launched a Franchise proposition, as we are the only Mobile Pizza Franchise in the market place which cook on a wood fired oven; since we launched 3 months ago, we have had > 200 enquiries, we have signed 2 franchises already, have 6 in the pipeline. We have enquiries now in Europe and Asia
